The place was tidy with an excellent co-operating and competent staff from the receptionists to the housekeepers. The location was ideal in the shopping area.

The location was nice and magnificent, in the city centre and the interior design was nice. I booked fully-equipped, a nice size room with 2 twin beds a table to work whatever necessary, modern design plus a Nespresso machine.

Loved the place, had a very good stay for business trip. The location was particularly good and nearby a train station. We had lunch at nearby Zum Kochloffel, tried their fast food options.

The place was comfortable and had competent staff from the receptionists to the housekeepers, appreciated the stay. The hotel's location was exceptionally nice and perfect, not far from local restaurants, mainly Japanese, Korean, dusseldorf and the altstad and the main train station and market. Luckily it was close to Cafe Bonema, had pastries there when it was hot outside. The room was a nice size in japanese style and they provided wake-up service when I asked.

They gave me spotless and beautifully maintained room with a tasteful interior, Freezer and very good bed.

Central location was a plus. Newly decorated room, that also was spotless with all facilities.

it was newly remodelled and huge room with a refrigerator, a kettle and an individual safe. as for me, wake-up service available, and amazing views were advantages. you could leave a car outside.

Not so helpful staff!

The total stay was real good for a family visit. The venue's position was central. Btw, the airport was 10 km away.

The room was very separate, big bed. City view was nice.

The location was marvellous and decent, for example, Ny Scene was within walking distance of the hotel. I did not want to leave and will be back.

This hotel was chilled-out base for exploring Dusseldorf, thoroughly enjoyed it. Besides, it has free Wi Fi throughout the property.

Breakfast here was excellent. Even the Dusseldorf airport was not so far. In love with asahi. The convenience of getting to Mackbrunnen and being not far from Aqua Plus...
