I was upgraded to a spotlessly clean room with free beverages. It had absolutely perfect and best possible location, just next door to the expo and airport and the Messe, which is an easy 15 minute walk away. Enjoyed this VERY VERY GOOD stay on a business trip.

The room was beautifully designed with a fairly clean bathroom and views of garden. The hotel was in a particularly good location, near DUS airport. I had a real good stay here and will come back.

wanted to explore dusseldorf and this hotel was excellent base for doing it. we were greeted by wonderful host. the idea to include refrigerators and glassware in the queen room was nice.

Cannot find any fault.
