The staff were all courteous, welcoming. The hotel had a central location close to the S-Bahn station. Moreover, it was not far from Dusseldorf on a budget, the town center and the shopping center, and a tram line into the city centre.

The rooms were great-sized and well-kept with saggy mattresses, comfortable bed plus a balcony. Location: the hotel was near to a train / metro station and anywhere in Dusseldorf.

Well-kept and neat units with a balcony. A minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card were convenient. Amicable, supper friendly personnel at the check-out. Exceptionally nice location near airport, smooth check-in. Also, very close to underground station.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had an absolutely amazing stay on a business trip. The location was exceptionally nice - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel was in a shopping area, not far from a tram line into the city centre. Superbly friendly and amiable staff who were always there to help.
