The Soho Altstadt Relais

We did not want to leave and will definitely go again next time. Overall it was a great stay in the old town. The staff was amicable, helpful. The hotel was in a very central setting near the local transport.

Small hotel in a secure area so close to shopping malls, the river, lovely restaurants/shops, and the tram station and airport station. Great value and well decorated room available with a full facilities as well as an incredible breakfast. Exceptional customer care.

The place is absolutely great and has perfect location close enough to walk from a main road where we got dropped off by a taxi. All the staff is very friendly and competent and is engaged to make your stay really great. The breakfast is very very good with a bakery, there's an option for each taste.

Beautifully decorated and modern units with squeeky bed. A good choice of goodies for breakfast. Magnificent location to the Heinrich-Heine-Allee S-bahn station, in the great area.

The staffs were very very helpful & consistently courteous. The location was good and excellent, not very far from Apollo-Theater.

Excellent accommodation with incredible setting next to the river, lovely restaurants/shops, and the tram station, grocery store, and airport and train station. In the heart of the city, very convenient. Nearby Hausbrauerei Zum Schlussel - great place to chill out.

Comfortable decor and the whole hotel was great. My well-equipped room included comfy bed, tea/coffee making equipment, a multi-channel television and a seating area. The atmosphere created was quiet! Very good breakfast, best ever had, with a bakery nearby. The location was perfect, with restaurants and bars close to the venue. I stayed here for 3 nights and loved the place.

The location was unbeatable and the staff were attentive. Dusseldorf airport was hardly 15 minutes away by car.

The service was terrific during my stay. The position of the hotel was particularly good, in the Italian restaurant next door.

It's brilliant place for sightseeing and exploring Dusseldorf. The staff is excellent, helpful. It offers excellent service. The location is magnificent and perfect, 10 minutes' walk to Konigsallee. Every time we stay in Dusseldorf, like to stay here.

The rooms were beautifully decorated with an incredible breakfast, the staff were professional and helpful. The location was best possible and peaceful, around 10-15 minutes walk from Konigsallee. It also was to shopping malls.

Our room was modern and functional with fridge as well as the bathroom, just what we needed.

We loved inner courtyard view and available amenities, including central heating, a multi-channel television and a seating area. Tbh, had a FAIRLY NICE stay in the old town.

Ideal place for exploring Dusseldorf. Small hotel with an exceptional service. Best possible and brilliant location within walking distance of a public park. And just off bars, restaurants and shopping and close to river walks and Rhein river. Amazing staff of the venue.

I had a such great experience here, everything was good, the location was awesome right by city center, quiet street, self check-in and check-out, the Altstadt and Old Town. It was cosy, had a very comfy bed. The best part were the competent and consistently courteous staff.
