Neat and compact units and pleasant staff at check-out. Pleasant and perfect hotel in an incredible setting to Koenigsallee station.

Everything was perfect, personnel was exceptional and welcoming. I liked the breakfast, it was varied and excellent with pancakes and jams, for instance, had everything could need. The hotel was in a marvellous and stunning location, walking distance to a tram station. There was a pleasant restaurant, a shopping street and the Farmer's market next door.

Everything was good, met needs, and the staff were very good and courteous people in the night shift. Great location, it was close to a tram station.

Had stylish comfort room with refrigerator, the same as having the window open, as for instance. Magnificent very central location near the centre of town, the hotspots of the city and the old center. I was surprised at nearby Cafe Modern One, they had some goodies, drinks.

The bed was not comfortable, that's sad thing.

The view on the lake from our very good sized and well decorated room was particularly nice. Enjoyed contemporary decor, plus a safe box, a mini bar, and central heating were at a high level. It was in a very central setting close to all the shops and restaurants.

The booked room was very good sized and stylish with a double bed. The location met expectation, it was excellent to the christmas markets.

The rooms are huge and silent, provided with with nice views, soundproofing, as example. The location is marvellous, specially if you want to stay next to eateries and pubs.

The property was incredibly beautiful with courteous staff in the night shift. This hotel was set in a very central area short walk to the tram station, and great bakeries, a Starbucks, and lots of other shops. Karlstadt district was worth staying in.

We were there for 7 days, everything was good, thoroughly enjoyed its great location just off the X-mas markets and a metro and shops and restaurants.

The venue was serviceable, I enjoyed the location close to the stores as well as the train station, bars/restaurants, old town and the promenade - all within walking distance, and city views.

Amazing base for discovering Dusseldorf.

The downtown is within 10 minutes' walk. Really enjoyed that the room had a heating system, cable channels and a mini-fridge-bar. In addition, private parking was available. We will definitely visit place for next time when visiting Dusseldorf.

Wanted to explore Dusseldorf and this hotel was suitable place for doing it. Breakfast fee was EUR 23 per person per day.

We could have lunch in Berliner Imbiss set within 900 feet. Free Wi-Fi was a great addition.
