Immaculately clean accommodation, attentive and extremely helpful staff with friendly service. Lots of local food.

The breakfast was incredibly nice and there was a great selection of food to choose from. The hotel had a very central location to everywhere throughout the public transport system. The staff were very good and polite from arrival to departure.

Some of the staff were not particularly friendly.

Luxurious and exceptionally clean place to stay in, it has highly professional and well-trained staff with friendly service. The location is best possible in a very nice area, really close to a fantastic park for kids and tram and U-Bahn. Don't forget to explore Pempelfort district.

The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a tourist area, so close to a city center as well as the beautiful park. Greatly enjoyed our updated and impeccably clean room with all extras and the European-style building.

Liked every detail about my very very good 1 night stay here. The staff was competent and highly professional in any situation. An oven and a washing machine in my superior double room were a very thoughtful addition. The bed was comfortable and the balcony had stunning views over a park. This well-maintained hotel had central setting to the main shopping strip in Dusseldorf. The check-in was early and the atmosphere was contemporary overall.

The room was brand-new, tastefully decorated, lovely bathroom.

Private parking nearby provided. Spotless room with exceptionally comfortable bed and a Nespresso coffee machine and a safe. Freshly made food combined with an excellent service. Welcoming, pleasant staff towards all guests.

The hotel had a central position next to the downtown and park, and food shops. I visited Eiskeller next to the venue for a few drinks.

The hotel had a very central location and it was next to Dusseldorf Town Hall.

The place was fairly clean with attentive staff members. Our king room was equipped with ironing board, Kingsize bed, for example. Everything was lovely, though a few employees were very unhelpful.

When we checked in, guest room with lovely garden view was ready. The staff were really helpful, they made our stay very nice. The location very near to the Airport was magnificent and perfect. In Casa Palmieri you could have German meals.

Had very pleasant stay for 1 night. We liked the room, it was well-equipped and extremely pleasant with a fantastic view over the Hofgarten Park, twin beds, for example.

Liked my such wonderful stay during a business trip. The staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was good with pancakes, fresh fruits plus pastries. The location was great - just 5 minutes' walk from Konigsallee. The hotel was in a green area, near the main shopping strip in Dusseldorf and the tram & taxis.

Generally excellent service with parking nearby. A wide array of freshly made food at breakfast time. Marvellous and beautiful location for our visit to Konigsallee at a medium distance from the hotel.

The breakfast was exceptionally nice with a great selection of options. The room was spotlessly clean and the view over park was good. The setting of hotel was great and lovely, to Duesseldorf center. And it's not too far from The Bull Steak Expert, ate there once or twice.

If need be, I would like to go back there again cos it met what was needed. It's comfortable and pleasant place to stay 1 km away from German Opera on the Rhine.

The rooms are soundproof and the breakfast is satisfactory. It is equipped with a sauna, which is a bonus...

Everything was fairly clean and perfect. Bright and soundproof unit with a nice decor. Marvellous and stunning location to the town area, easy to get around. And near to the underground, and transport. A stylish and luxury hotel, my first choice in Dusseldorf.

The guest room is updated and perfect. The bathroom is fine, the beds are comfortable, the staff are pleasant. The venue is placed in a central position very close to historic city center. Offers very good service and appetising food❤👌
