The staff are excellent, managed the parking on-site. The breakfast is generous, the location is perfect near the metro station.

The venue is brilliant and nice, its location is magnificent, next to Novotel Dusseldorf city west seestern as well as the restaurant in Dusseldorf. Good and fine people are working.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in standard double room with an electric kettle, an individual safe, and air conditioner. Very good breakfast selection, courteous staff. Particularly good and perfect location to Rheinuferpromenade.

Had very pleasant stay for a business trip, the staff were decent, location was excellent to the business area next door. The room was fine and a nice size, we had an electric kettle and fridges. The bed was comfortable; and there was a bath.

The place was lovely welcoming and rooms here where good value for money. The food was outstanding and the bar was cosy. The hotel was in an excellant location short walk to the city centre and old town, the U-bahn for go to the city and an industrial area.
