Particularly good location and excellent staff were a definite plus. There were a shopping area and the Christmas market around the hotel.

Their staff were very unhelpful.

This hotel was excellent base for exploring Dusseldorf, greatly enjoyed it and property's absolutely helpful staff on the night shift. The hotel was placed in the central location in the Pemplefort neighborhood which is decidedly more residential. And we were adjacent to Tramway and metro station, the trade fair center, and all sightseeing and bars.

Coffee bar, spotless room with a great style, good veiw, for instance. Incredibly nice and pleasant staff on the night shift. Central location, just a pleasant stroll away from a public park. Positioned in the local area, very close to the local and surrounding Christmas Markets, the trade fair center, and a nice park in a good neighborhood.

Exceptionally comfortable and cool place with excellent service. Excellent location to the areas we were interested in visiting. Next to Konigsalle and Altstadt, the river and the markets thru the park.

Marvellous and stunning location to the center of Duesseldorf was a plus. It was also close enough to centrum, the public areas and famous Koenigsallee.

The hotel was superior and impeccably clean, with knowledgeable and respectful staff on the night shift. Got tastefully decorated queen studio with balcony when arrived, enjoyed that. The location was good and perfect for exploring this shopping area, near Berlin and Dusseldorf, and public transport.

King studio had upgrades, it was air conditioned and comfortable modern.

Helpful staff and generous and rich breakfast with cereals all well presented and fresh vegetables, as for instance that lived up to my expectations. The studio I stayed in was nicely decorated with balcony.

The hotel is in an excellent and good location, next to a tram station. The breakfast is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, the room is huge with balcony.

Great location for Dusseldorf, close to Altstadt, Ko, Rheinepromenade, good connections with airport, Messe, nice restaurants and smaller shops and the city center.

Possibly the best and very very good stay on a business trip. Deluxe king studio with the balcony. Plenty of supplies in the room: an air conditioner and a balcony. Easy, magnificent location close enough to nice restaurants, and Nordstrasse shops, cafes and restaurants. Also, almost near the center of the town.

The total stay was wonderful on a business trip. The location was magnificent and the staff was exceptional during the whole stay! Also, it was walking distance to restaurants and pizza restaurants.

We had tastefully decorated deluxe studio with all the amenities and comfy bedroom plus a large TV screen.

A pretty hotel, my first choice in Dusseldorf. Excellent place for discovering Dusseldorf with very nice and exceptional staff on the night shift. Great and stunning location very close to a subway station and good area. Nearby Lili's Bar - great place to chill out. Savoury and tasty breakfast to star a day with cheeses and vegans in Germany and cereals all well presented:)))

This was a fairly nice stay for three nights. The staff was exceptional and pleasant and check in was smooth. It was in a marvellous location walking distance to restaurants and pizza restaurants. You could walk to shops and a market.

It was in a central location, in a quiet area.

The location was good because it was so close to all sightseeing and bars as well as both metro stations and both tram stations.

The hotel staff was especially helpful and patient, not annoying. Liked how the deluxe studio with a lovely deep bath was arranged when we arrived. The breakfast offered was generous and rich with fresh vegetables and vegans in Germany, as example.

Liked the breakfast provided, it was rich and savoury. The location was awesome, around 10-15 minutes walk from Old Town.

The location was magnificent, within walking distance of Konigsallee. The staff were competent and efficient, you should know it.

Our deluxe king studio was soundproof with comfortable beds, a mini-fridge, as for instance. Location: the hotel was really close to main railway station, the city center, and the subway at the Nordstrasse station. Plus, The Box was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue...

It offers good services and has a savoury and rich breakfast choices. It has marvellous and amazing location just next door to The Box.

The bathrooms are a bit small.

overall modern facilities, there's free parking. pempelfort district is absolutely worth visiting.
