The venue is fairly clean, with magnificent location close to the surrounding areas. The staff are gentle, managed the parking on-site.

The room is a nice size and attractive by a good breakfast, also they can offer wake-up service. An authentic restaurant has fab meals.

Authentic restaurant on the premises, good sized and brand-new room with a full kitchen, a seperate bathroom, good variety of hot. Very friendly, accommodating staff, easy location very close to the public transport stop U78 Steinstrasse/Koenigsallee U Duesseldorf, and shopping malls.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The room was neat and absolutely brilliant, truly enjoyed it. The restaurant was nice and the food was fabulous. The staff were ready to help whole time. The location was good and perfect: a main shopping street and shopping streets were within walking distance.

Exceptionally comfortable accommodation with excellent setting just off tourist sites, the old town and the river, and restaurants, train. Warm food in the authentic restaurant.

The location was good, for example, Konigsallee was within easy walking distance of the hotel. I had a savoury and good breakfast and it had plenty of food...

There was variety of great meals. The rooms were large and attractive with a full kitchen and the beds were comfortable.

The location was fantastic, a 10-15 minute walk from a contemporary art museum. Gentle and superfriendly staff; were ready to help.

Had real good stay during a business trip. Location: the hotel was not far from a nice quiet business/residential area under ten minutes walk to the south of the main shopping area, subway, and the Altstead / the main train stations. There was an authentic restaurant nearby.

Exceptionally nice staff, very good services, and unbeatable location just off all public transport for the day, and the center of the town and economic. Perfectly clean and attractive room plus a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. Savoury and sensational breakfasts with the quality of the meals. What a very good stay, nothing too much trouble.

By and large, it was pretty standard and pleasant place with really helpful staff on the reception desk.

Consider staying here if you plan to visit museum kunstpalast. Rosie's Bar & Kitchen, located within 10 minutes' walk, is a good dining option.
