Quiet and brilliant hotel, it deserves its 4 stars. The location is excellent and unbeatable, not too far away from Orangerie. There is a cosy restaurant.

i had a good stay. it was fairly clean and the staff were really helpful, beds were comfy. my room was large. the location was convenient, for example, orangerie was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. it also was to the benrath train station. the food was tasty, had a huge variety of options.

The location was great and beautiful, just off the river, Right next to the Benrather Schloss park so good for walks and palace and river and easily accessible. All of the staff were AMIABLE, excellent. The room was quiet and there were an individual safe, a sofa bed, and central heating.

It is a quiet and absolutely charming property located in Benrath district not far from the river, the local castle and gardens and many restaurants to choose from. The rooms are new-fashioned, with glorious views, and the location is amazing in a beautiful area. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is fresh.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. I have stayed in the king room with an individual safe, a sofa bed and central heating. Everyone who works in the hotel is easy going and really excellent. The breakfast is satisfactory, offered with fresh prepared hot dishes and a beautiful view on the Rhine, for instance...

Truly enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The staff was decent with advice and suggestions. The food was excellent overall. The location was amazing and magnificent, at a medium distance from Kapelle Urdenbach. The hotel itself was in a beautiful area, not far from the downtown as well as the Benrather Schloss park. Everything was simply excellent.

The location was excellent for first time visitors to Dusseldorf. The room we had was modern, and complete with a view of the tennis court.
