Ruby Luna Hotel Dusseldorf

The location of the property was perfect as we were adjacent to the Local CarlsPlatz market which is a fantastic alternative for breakfast, the "Altstadt " where there is a wide range of bars and restaurants and Rhine promenade.

Clean and stunningly beautiful hotel, very friendly stuff and exceptionally comfortable beds. Breakfast with gluten free diet. Incredible and stunning location a minute walk from city centre. Walking distance to nice stores and a market across the street.

Everything was pleasant, it had strong wifi, no complaints whatsoever. The location was absolutely perfect and excellent, on an office building 5 meters, it's a plus. The staff was extremely friendly and we would stay here again.

Perfect and excellent location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. The staff was efficient, we had an automated check-in.

Had 2 nights in Dusseldorf, spent our time here lovely. There were an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV in the room, liked that. The location was excellent for traveling around Dusseldorf, near airport. It also was close to city Centre.

I loved the room with an excellent shower.

Unique room, that also was neat with nice bed and bathroom. Having a hair dryer, a walk-in shower, and fresh towels was a bonus. Location: the hotel was right by the old town, and shops, the city center and the old town and the "Altstadt " where there is a wide range of bars and restaurants.

New-fashioned and unique units with nice bed, a daily clean and a great view. Modern design and lovely atmosphere. The location magnificent and convenient conveniently right next to U Bahn making travel easy-30 minutes by train to airport. Efficient and excellent hotel employees all round.

It has absolutely perfect and wonderful location right next to the Koenigsallee shopping street. Make sure you stay in the double room with bathrooms as well as nice bed.

Breakfast for gluten free diet. Functional, new-fashioned units provided with single pillow, nice bed plus bathroom.

The location in a very very nice area was incredible and there were lovely shops and a market nearby. Lucky that it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Flakes Corner, offering food to go.

Stunning, perfect location in Dusseldorf, short walk to the shopping district, weekend market and Altstadt's restaurant and Altstadt's beer houses, both Old Town and the Koenigsallee, and the "Altstadt ". For tea or coffee visit Engels Cafe Gbr nearby. The rooftop bar onsite.

Overall it was well furnished and well-equipped with a view.

The staff we met were not welcoming at all.

The breakfast is very very good for gluten free diet, has good food. It is in comfortable location to The Box, set not too far from the hotel. Moreover, it is very close to prominent shopping areas and the Local CarlsPlatz market which is a fantastic alternative for breakfast or a quick Lunch, the old center, the main street, and the underground and the old town, and shops.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met requirements, can't recommend highly enough it. The staff were genuinely helpful day and night. The position was perfect and magnificent, walking distance to a tube station. I found pretty good Mayur restaurant right by the hotel, had the brunch there. Food in the rooftop bar was outstanding!

So glad we choose it, it's decent base for staying in Dusseldorf. Couldn't recommend more this hotel to all wanting to stay in Dusseldorf;))

We have booked double room with really nice facilities. Our breakfast was satisfactory for gluten free diet. The hotel had an absolutely perfect location near Marktplatz.

By and large, it was good base for sightseeing in Dusseldorf, had much fun.

The staff were amiable, offered us to visit a pretty good restaurant on-site. The location was marvellous, and we could reach ten by walking...

The location was stunning, at a medium distance from Konigsallee. The vibe here was lovely. The personnel was amiable and gentle, doing their best to assist.

The hotel was clean and staff were competent and gentle, everything was nice. It had central location close to Heinrich Heine Institute. The rooftop bar was pleasant. Stayed in this property for 2 nights and really enjoyed our choice.

Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from Kit was marvellous and stunning. And I was near restaurants and bars. The staff were efficient and cool hole time of my stay.

The room was unique with a great view, had NICE experience. The affable staff members provided a few recommendations. Its location was central, very close to Old Town.
